INThe location is amazing surely in terms of view and it's proximity to the local attraction including market place. The staff members are polite and helpful, specially the Managing Director who provided necessary information and accommodated my requests for early check-in (based on availability of course) or taxi hiring. As a solo female traveller, I do recommend this hotel for a comfortable and safe stay! I would love to book Koala Inn again in near future.
Just for a night my luck was not on my side and I experienced some noisy guests killing the peaceful vibe of the place. But thanks to hotel staff, they sorted them out upon request.
