How they lied about everything, including the rooms we see online really different from the reality.

Not on main road and no tarmaced road

Being transferred to another place to allow other people to occupy the rooms. Breakfast not reliable.

Peacefully and quiet. Very helpful stuff and manager.

They never served me with breakfast. each time I was leaving the hotel for Work at 07:00 hours the restaurant was closed

I loved the view at the top which clearly enables you to feel the breeze and have a beauty of a scene of the National Airport.

Some staff . The morning staff was ok

They offered us a room that was extremely hot to be. The balcony was locked . No Keys were left to open balcony windows to allow fresh air to cool down . The TV has a single channel Indian operas . The staff controls the TV. Wrong communication from the morning staff to the evening staff We were confronted during night to pay the room and some extras as food and beverages that was not clear.. The breakfast was poor . From a western view couldn't eat . To drive to airport ..the staff asked huge amounts of money ... That should be included or part of room.. I did have previous and good experiences in Entebbe this was the worst apologies for my cut words .. but was unacceptable .. expensive for the service ...

Breakfast was good. The 🛌 quite good. Staff very kind and considerate

The toilet and shower are too squeezed together. I wish there was more space or even separated. It's a little expensive not value for money.
