The apartment is relatively big and the kitchen and dining are in a separate room so it is more nice to cook and dine not near the bed. Maria the host was responsive and was available for any question/request although i rarely contact the owner as i expect things and facilities to be easily accessible and operational without additional instructions by phone. The early check in is great (at 11:00!).

The bedsheets and towels are worn out and should be replaced. There was a bad moldy smell when i just entered the apartment near the sofa. this smell got better but still remained in the apartment during my stay. The gas stove was not operational and i could not find the kettle. And lastly, the location is not so safe at night and walking around isn't the best part of the city. For a solo traveler there are better options for the same price.

Clean apartment, great location, great friendly staff

Host Maria was very helpfull, there is free parking on the street and the beautiful Torino market is nearby.

Spacious and near city centre (it is ground level). The owner was very helpful and very responsive for our needs. Nice and calm area, close to various restaurants, pasticceries and groceries.

Might be noisy in the morning during the week if you want to sleep a little bit longer but other than that it was really calm and quiet all the time. It was just one hour when everybody is going to work.

The flat is large, airy and bright, and all spaces are very well distributed. The kitchen is kept clean and is well equipped. The bathroom is large and comes with a laundry machine (which can be highly useful for longer stays), and the shower is large, well isolated (no splashing and “flooded” floors…) and kept spotless. WiFi connection is fast and reliable. The property is just 15 mins walk (and only 5 mins by bus n. 27) from the very heart of Turin and a huge daily-market is just nearby. Our landlady, Maria and her brother Davide, were both very caring, helpful and kind. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and speedy. Definitely a great and comfy apartment

The apartament is close to the center and very clean. Maria is an adorable host that made our stay very comfortable.
