Bridgets Log Cabin

The cabin looked like the pictures. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tim was very helpful and friendly over the phone. We arrived 30 mins earlier from the time we told him and he let us go inside the cabin without a problem. We had a great night of sleep , it was very quiet and peaceful at night.

Very cute ‘granny flat’ situated behind the owner’s house. Tim & Bridie are lovely owners, who have added some extra touches to make your stay more homely. Around the corner from the bus stop, so easy to get into the city.

Shower was a bit tight, but that was a minor issue. Everything else was just fine.

This location went above & beyond for making the guests feel cozy, comfortable and ensured I had any amenity I could ever need. The hosts were extremely accommodating. The cabin had everything, including fresh milk and water bottles in the fridge. Shampoos + lots of other things you’d need. The spot was very comfortable, a nice living area space with tv and cozy area to relax and two beds in the bedroom which were very cozy. A fantastic spot! Also, close to the English Market and amazing restaurants and walking area downtown!.

There are 2 house # 7’s on the street - it would be helpful if the post for the property or initial message sent stated it’s the first house not the one down the road (as I ended up there and a very kind lady redirected me). Fantastic spot!

We booked this cabin for a week as we were attending an event in Cork. Cork is expensive for accommodation, so we took a chance on Bridget's Cabin. It's a little out of the city centre, but buses are very regular. It's a quiet residential area. It's a little unusual in its setting, but it's very convenient for public transport and a supermarket so you'll want for nothing. It was spotlessly clean and the owners are very friendly helpful.

I would have liked to have more of an outlook from the cabin rather than the side of a metal workshop. We weren't there for the view, but it's certainly a little unusual to be staying in someone's back garden. The cabin is accessed through the owners' house. This might be useful for some people to know beforehand. We still enjoyed the cabin. Cork was having a bit of a heatwave when we were there, a fan would be useful for future guests.

All was perfect

Everything was wonderful, hosts were friendly, loved the wood smell of the cottage. It was peaceful and everything we needed was there. We would recommend and stay again.

We struggle with the little showers

I love everything about the place very cozy and spotless. And Tim is very nice and wonderful man and his very welcoming. If am gonna rate the BRIDGETS LOG CABIN I will rate 1000/10 because it everything i ever needed for my wee break and appointment.
