Após reclamação das situações reportadas abaixo, prontamente fomos transferidos para quartos do hotel. - hotel limpo e cheiroso - piscina interior quente - roupoes dispensados diariamente na receção (sem caução) - pequeno almoço maravilhoso - água e chocolates de cortesia - produtos de higiene disponíveis

A reserva consistiu em dois apartamentos separados do hotel principal, ao qual no momento da reserva não achei explícito. Significa que acesso à piscina interior, ginásio, spa e refeições era tudo feito pelo exterior! O apartamento de baixo nao tinha secretária para trabalhar, era muito humido e o AC nao funcionava. O apartamento de cima tinha uma escadaria bem ingreme. Apesar de muito espaçoso e com decoração moderna, houve pormenores de limpeza que foram reportados na receção!
