Kudos first to the owner and the whole team, very responsive with all of the queries. The unit is all good. Clean, fresh, and equipped with everything you need. Starting from the entertainment (TV, WiFi, videoke), going to the kitchen (cooking essentials, utensils, and equipments) , bathroom essentials (toiletries), up until the bedroom (airconditioned).

The spring type bed (not fond of springed ones), but still it serves its purpose... to have a decent place to sleep. (Plus it's a pullout type of bed.) Suggestion: If possible, in the near future please provide even a coffee table in the living room. Thanks.

It's cozy and convenient.

They have almost everything for the kitchen. The bathroom smells so good. Aircon is working great same as their internet connection is fast.

Nothing concerning our stay.

The location was convenient for both events we had to attend.

Bed was not as advertised. Parking was also an additional charge.

Location is perfect. End of the hall so it's not noisy and the view is great!

I felt like it was cleaned like days ago, and not in the day you stayed. There's some smell I couldn't figured out where they coming from. Some of the furnitures were a bit itchy.

Location is good since it is close to the highway. There are several nearby restaurants and this is a few minutes from Skyranch and some malls. The owner and the caretaker were both very helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. If you intend to bring a car, communicate with the owner beforehand so they can secure a parking spot for you. The parking rate is 450, instead of the 100 posted in the description.

Unfortunately, we had a hard time sleeping due to the bed which we found to be quite uncomfortable. Bed situation could be improved. Other than that, we think this is a good accomodation around the area and for its price.

Neat place, cute room and complete amenities in the surrounding, highly recommended for small family and for couple👍
