The location was very good in the city center. Good access to shops and restaurants. Access was without problem.

The bed was not very comfortable, part of the mattress seemed bumpy? Also there were no sheets for the futon. It would have also been nice to have a little oil and spices for cooking.

Super clean, excellent facilities, very central. Coffee machine and soap / shower gel etc meant it was very convenient

No complaints. If I’m being fussy the tv wasn’t working but it didn’t bother me and I could have contacted someone if I wanted to.

Location was perfect city centre, very bright apartment

The heating was a problem, no heat or hot water on arrival. Problem was fixed promptly but main kitchen/sitting room was cold. The apartment was three floors up and the stairs was uninviting but we were informed of this before we booked.

Property was in a brilliant location just off the high street. Very clean and modern and very stylish. Really enjoyed staying here. Must also mention the great communication from Lisa and Matthew. Made me feel welcome and that I was able to contact them if I needed.
