Luxurious Skyhouse Uptown Apartments in Charlotte North Carolina

From the start of stay, the kitchen had obvious dirt marks that were not cleaned, bed sheets seemed to be dirty, carpet was dirty and was not vacuumed… needs to be steam cleaned. The blinds in the living room were bend and broken… The location could have been better, the view was not good we were facing the parking garage ! Also clothes were left behind from other guests which could have been thrown out if cleaners saw that !

Larger space than expected, decent views, great concierge staff. Pool, gym and roof common areas were better than expected!

The location of the property was nice since it was downtown. The places that we went to were all less than 5 minutes from the apartment and that made it convenient. My partner enjoyed the esthetic of the apartment and the view that we had. Those were the highlights for her.

I did not like the cleanliness of the property. There was not a proper deep cleaning done before coming to the apartment. The counters were dirty in the kitchen and bathroom, the towels and bed linen were not acceptably clean. The shower was most unacceptable.

I loved the roof top area, very nice!

The towels in the room were wet when we arrived. ALL of the towels were wet, bath towels, hand towels, etc. In the dishwasher there were dirty dishes in it that were NOT used by us upon arrival and smelt horrible.
