I love that this location was in the heart of the city

My floor didn’t have a view, the 2nd bedrooms view was the garage. the bathroom shower was clogged and the shower head wasn’t strong enough to enjoy a hot long shower

Amenities Groceries store( harris Teeter,) chicken fil A and the city park was in walking distance

The apartments was nice.

Compared to my stay on the South side, the space was smaller. Also, compared to the room I booked feom pictureson booking, it appeared as though I was in the wrong room. I also thought we would be on a higher floor.

Great facilities, great rooftop views

Located near, from what I observed, a moderate homeless population.

The area is close to a lot of attractions.

The pics definitely oversell the space. If I had to stay there longer than two nights, I wouldn’t have. I hated it for what I had to do but since it was for my s/o birthday, I didn’t make a big deal until now. I was disappointed when I arrived. There was a leak coming from the fridge - so the floor was dirty and wet, a few blinds were broken, we had to wash the towels and washcloths because they were folded and hung up wet (disgusting), I had birthday decor to hang up but a lot of places were so dusty I had to clean it before hanging things up, and I don’t care if the last person who stayed didn’t use the whole roll of toilet paper - you need to change it to a new roll for every guest, nasty. One of the light switches in the bathroom was broken as well. I just so happened to call them to inquire about parking as I had an additional car. They said they would send a link to be able to receive an extra parking card. The front desk said it was unnecessary as the first floor is free parking. I never received the link until AFTER I ALREADY CHECKED OUT. I told them what the front desk said about free parking and they still requested that I pay - mind you, I was able to maneuver in and out of the gate with no issue because that gate is never closed. Poor customer service with this issue as I was never offered to be accommodated/discounted in any way for that fee since they never sent the link, there was a miscommunication between them and the front desk on parking fees, as well as the gate being broken constantly put my car at risk. I will never stay here again.

Heard a dripping noise the whole stay, but it wasn’t in the unit.
