Luxurious Skyhouse Uptown Apartments in Charlotte North Carolina

Love the location. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. Love the front desk staff..EVERYONE was friendly. My apartment came with everything you can possibly need for a couple nights away from home. Loved that it was super clean! Loved the quick responses from the customer service team at greystar.

It was quiet and front desk was very friendly. The kitchen had everything I needed ..we made it work for the few days we were there.

We did not get the room I paid for..we had to squeeze by the bed to get in and out, the space was small for the size bed we had. I was sad we did not have the spacious apartment we choose.

I booked the Skyhouse instead of a hotel while I was visiting for work, not only did it save me half the cost, but it allowed me to have my own kitchen, cook my own meals and feel right at home. It had everything I needed! The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, and it was nice to have access to the rooftop to enjoy dinners in the evening. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond and communication was wonderful! You really can’t go wrong! If I come back, I’ll be sure to stay again!

There was a lingering garbage smell in the hallway downstairs as well as in the front hallway of the room.

I enjoyed the property's convenience, proximity to downtown, accessible amenities, and cleanliness. Our room was also exceptional; everything we needed was available. The area while downtown was also very quiet, and I was a fan of how much of a concern security was here.

There are a few things to complain about that can be fixed. Our bathroom toilet was inconsistently working, and the shower lacked shelving for body washes. The room was fantastic otherwise.

The pool was great and the staff was very friendly.

During the weekend the noise is unbearable until about 4am. The bar across the street has DJs and there is street racing so tires are screeching all night. The windows do not block out any noise as all. Among the 4 elevators only 1 was working for most of our stay. Finally, in the listing it said we would have a bed and a pullout couch. When we arrived the couch was not a pullout couch. So the advertisement of the room was false and caused our trip to be uncomfortable.

Everything was great at the Skyhouse apartment upon arrival. It was very simple to collect the key fob from the concierge desk attendant. She was very friendly and helpful. And so was everyone else throughout our stay. When asked questions about where to eat, they had plenty of recommendations.
