広島駅の新幹線口に近くて便利でした。駅近なので周辺に飲食店やコンビニも多く、ホテル内にビールの自販機があったことが1番よかったです。

冷蔵庫が臭かった。 電圧の関係なのか客室照明がパチパチしててた。 鏡照明に電球がついてなく不便だった｡

必要最低限のものはあるし、駅からも近い。この値段で朝夕食つき、大浴場サウナ付きは、コスパがいい。施設は古いけれど、問題なし。

広島駅近で、朝夕食付きでコスパ良い。 大浴場も気持ちが良かった。 鍵が1つなのが不便。 鍵を外すと、エアコンも冷蔵庫も電源がoffになるのも不便。 アメニティグッズが最低限。自分で準備して快適に過ごせば〇 スタッフの方々の対応が、早くて丁寧優しいです。

"小さい子供さんには向いていないかも"

小さい子供も含めての宿泊でしたが添い寝の子供の場合タオルや浴衣が有料でした。夕食付きなのは嬉しいのですが量がたくさんでサラダバーまで付いていたので、その辺りを減らしてもいいからタオルは人数分欲しいなと思いました。
