Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center

The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly. Pool/sauna/spa were clean. My room was large and it was quiet.

No major complaints other than the bathtub in my room was dirty and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were empty. I did not find out until I was showering and it was too late to do anything. More variety at the breakfast bistro would have been nice. Or at least provide 1 free refill on coffee.

We opted not to spend $20 apiece for the breakfast and instead went around back to The Cracker Barrel, where we had two sumptious breakfasts for $24 total. I never saw any breakfast items on display anywhere in the lobby area, so I do not know where this supposed $20 breakfast even was.

I didn't like that coffee wasn't available in the lobby area, like most hotels. I also didn't like that if you weren't a Marriott Member, then you had to pay for the Wi-Fi. That is utterly ridiculous when Wi-Fi is readily available just about everywhere these days. That they want to charge for it is insulting. The couch thing in the room was obviously for looks only, because it was the most uncomfortable sofa/couch I've ever sat on in a hotel room. The bed gave me a backache.

Room was large, but it seemed like chairs in seating area had been removed.

Website indicated grill was open until 11:00 pm, When we arrived at 9:30 pm, grill was not open. Person at the bar was rude and not helpful at all. Desk clerk, too, was not helpful. A chalkboard in the bar said grill was open until 10:00 pm, but that too was ignored by employees. They just didn't care at the inconsitencies with the website and signage in the grill.

Paid more than booking .com.saud. Paid more than the itemized bill from the motel!!!° When I questioned it lady Said taxes.i sad that they were already figured in..that the motels itemized bill had it on there yet I was charged over 25$ too much..wint go again unless reimbursed
