Could be nice if it was clean and stuff worked

It's disgusting, dog hair all over, washing machine doesn't work, curtain rails are hanging off, sewer smell downstairs from one of the bathrooms, radiator just left on the floor, tobacco crumbs all around, wardrobe doors just left not built, daughter came out in a rash from god knows what, could be good if it had a bit of a clean left early because I wasn't spending another night in the filth. Everything's just broken

Has great potential when finished but it’s not currently in a state to be rented out mid renovation, especially when we were not aware of this.

Unfinished, smelt bad, unsafe for children. Every room was some sort of work in progress. No blinds on the velux, all curtain poles coming away from the walls, half finished wardrobes, dusty, lights and fans didn’t work in top bedroom. I could go on.

It was a lovely house with full facilities, worth the value for money and very clean. We were three families together, and all of us were so happy at the end of the holiday. Thanks to the owner!

. There is plenty of parking and lots of space in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location was good near shops and a local friendly pub.

The property was under renovation and when finished would be very nice. The standard of renovation was poor. The curtain poles were coming away from the wall, the washing machine was not plumbed in, there was cupboard doors in one bedroom ready to fit, but just lying there. the kitchen wasn't clean, the fridge was unclean and the freezer just completely frosted. The outside space was unsafe with things lying about and uneven ground. The entrance steps were wobbly and the owner fixed them but they were not done well and cracked again. The owner came into the property while we were out and changed two of the beds which was a surprise on our return.

A lot of space and very clean and accommodating. Had everything you needed.
