there wasn’t much to do around it . main thing was no stores or restaurants

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment. There was everything we needed for the few days we had: balcony, kitchen tools, free parking.

Very clean and cozy apartment with splendid view from the terrace! Brand new kitchen appliances, everything we needed was there. Just wonderful! Also Daniele is a great host, very nice, always there to help with any issues. The location is also a big advantage of the flat, it takes only ten minutes to get to the beach. The train station is just a stone’s throw away, from where you can get to such lovely places as Ortona or Pescara. Daniele also hosts two other apartments in the same house which at that time were not listed on booking, but are slightly more spacious (on two floors) and allow for more privacy (see below).

Just a few minor things: The bedroom window (actually a door or French window) is facing towards the parking area and it can get a bit noisy in the morning when people are heading to work, and it feels a bit as if they were in the room, which is a bit scary :-) Also the WiFi signal varied strongly and there was almost no internet on the terrace. But we flagged that up and the problem is probably already solved. And in case you don’t like cats: there is a whole lot of them living freely right at the doorstep.

It is truly a wonderful apartment by the sea. Great views of the water from the large patio. Just a short walk to the beach where you can stroll on the sand, look for seashells or go for a swim. The host, Daniel, was quickly available for check in. He explained where everything was located in the apartment, even a washing machine. It is a super super clean apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Daniel gave excellent restaurant recommendations when asked and was always available on What's app if I had a question or wanted directions. It really is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the seaside.
