Hotel Review: Worst Experience Ever! I recently stayed at Super Town House and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hospitality was nonexistent, and the staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and acted as if we were bothering them with basic check-in questions. The room service was just as bad—calls for assistance were ignored, and when they finally answered, they responded with attitude. The condition of the room was terrible. It was unclean, the bed sheets looked used, and the bathroom had a foul smell. When we requested housekeeping, they either didn’t show up or barely did anything. The worst part was the manager’s behavior. Instead of addressing complaints professionally, he was dismissive and rude. He acted as if guests were a burden rather than paying customers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay, avoid Super Town House at all costs!

I did not the fact that the hotel name and photos are different from what is mentioned in the website. The hotel name is RRR inn and the AC doesnt work with lot of mosquitoes. I have reserved this hotel for my international friends and they felt very unsafe. I have paid partial amount and I would like to request the refund
