The position is great. The apartment is being refurbished and looks very good. Nicola is a great host, very organised, friendly and always available to help. Plenty room for your car on site. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops walking distance. Pontedera is beutiffull.

What an apartment!!! Welcomed on arrival, showed around, a bottle of water in the fridge and so clean. Comfy beds, a private terrace. Wish we had booked for longer, and already thinking we will be back.

Spacious comfortable apartment in central area of Pontederra. Apartment felt secure. Martino was a great host and met up with us to give keys followed by a tour of apartment. Apartment is a 15 minute walk from the station and gave us a good base to visit nearby places. such as florence, empoli, lucca, pisa, livorno and viareggio. Pontederra itself is also nice, check out the vespa museum, nice main street with boutiques and restaurants. we travelled with our two year old and the apartment was accommodating for that. the Terrace in particular was a big plus and wasnt in the sun for too long which made evening pleasant. Wifi is available as is smart TV.
