Residenza Bellavista Design e Vista Mozzafiato

The location was fantastic and perfect for our trip, and we will leave Bologna with good memories despite the many challenges in the apartment. The house is spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living area - very welcoming for a larger group.

At least three key advertised facilities were unavailable - and these were reasons that I had initially booked this place. First, there was no housekeeping - they did not remake the beds, nor did they restock the coffee as I had expected (thus, I spent time to go to the supermarket to find coffee pods, but could not find pods for the Bialetti); second, the apartment clearly advertises "a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests" - however, there was no desk; I did message the property and ask, and I was told clearly that there was no luggage storage, and so my family and I had to spend time and money to store our luggage in a place over 1/2 kilometer from the apartment. Third, the televisions didn't have any channels available. Note that my family and I stayed during the Christmas period in December. Upon arrival, the heater and the hot water did not work and was not resolved until morning - we spent the first night uncomfortably in a cold apartment with only light blankets to cover ourselves. For the second night, an effort was made and duvets were sent for the beds; also the heating was fixed. Other small things were uncomfortable too, like the clogged shower drain leaving us standing in a pool of water while showering.

Great location. Large apartment with plenty of space. Great views of the Piazza.

It is a little noisy being right on the Piazza. One night an intoxicated couple sat outside in the Piazza and sang loud songs until 3 in the morning.

My review cannot do justice this property. It is absolute perfection. The location is unbeatable. Views out to piazza maggiore and then as soon as you leave the apartment you are in one of the coolest streets packed full of wonderful restaurants. Inside the apartment it is like an art gallery for interior design!! Exquisitely decorated yet thoughtfully functional, with details like wireless charging pads next to the beds. The hosts left wine, coke and water as well.

I just wish I could score this higher than a 10!!!
