Couldn't turn of heating far far to warm and Couldn't sleep and facilities are so bad no cups mugs or toilet roll and you wouldn't want to cook or use microwave as you see in the photos and please don't stay here for your insanity and the poor homeless were put in here and even they want to leave so please sort this establishment out ASAP or remove from booking.com website ASAP

I stayed for three nights in the Middlesbrough Town Centre Double Private Rooms and it was a decent, affordable base for my trip. The location is ideal — close to the town centre and easy to get around — and the check-in process was straightforward. The room was simple but comfortable, though the shared bathroom and overall cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it did the job for a short stay, but it’s more of a budget, no-frills option rather than a place you’d choose for comfort or longer trips.

the place is a constant mess mess, people make noise all hours of night, there is a bicycle in the little sitting area. there are little to no kitchen utensils the walls are in terrible condition, the carpets are filthy the room i was is had candle wax mess in it. lighters and sweet wrapper and other garbage mess under the bed. there is mold by the basin, this place is truly a absolute dump. to top it off my room smelt like a smoker was in it, i got woken up by noise 2 nights in a row by inconsiderate guest that had just been spoken to about making noise The video is the the noise at 3:25 AM. This House owner owes me a apology

Clean the room, clean bed sheets & pillow cases, no toilet paper supplied I would booking.com to refund my £90.00 you have charged me for not providing clean bed sheets, pillow cases, i had to clean my own room as it says on Booking.com every thing done. And no toilet papers.

The location in the middle of town was convenient. That's about the only thing good about this place.

Room was miniscule. Common spaces were routinely filthy. No one cleaned up after themselves and there was no regular cleaning from the management. Food everywhere, spilled milk, etc.
