Newly Renovated Basement with Private Bathroom

I did like it was close to the airport and surrounding stores, etc. There is an excellent cigar bar and Vietnamese cafe within 1 mile of property, including a grocery store, ABC and other restaraunts. My stay was cut short due to a flight change, but I was able to explore a bit.

There is no walkway leading to the basement room. Its a townhouse. You have to walk up/down a grassy hill to enter the site. So good luck if you are wearing slides or have luggage. It isn't ideal, nor is it safe. The entrance to the room is located behind a wood fence entrance. The only security is a sliding door lock switch lock. There were spiders and mosquitoes everywhere inside the apt. By the time I went to grab bug repellant, my flight changed so I had to leave. The sliding door curtains are those flimsy vinyl panels. There isn't much security to the room, and if neighbors are walking around, they will see you come up/down the hill which looks suspicious. It was uncomfortable and just isn't worth the stay.

It was different. It had a vegetable garden which I found peaceful and quaint. It was well stocked with high quality hygiene products and just overall well kept

Only thing I could possibly complain about is the first time we stayed, the landlord/property manager forgot to leave it unlocked so we had to wait a little bit from him to arrive to unlock it. But, we actually not there 10 minutes before check in, so technically we got in within 20 minutes after check in either way, so it didn’t effect my perspective on the property at all.

Very responsive, hospitable host. Huge, spacious an spotless suite that was great for relaxing and getting work done. Extremely comfortable..Easy 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.

Full coffee, cream, sugar and tea available without having to ask. Putting in a television would add value.

Location was great. The host is very friendly and responds quickly.

There was no tv - this is noted, I just missed it. I had my laptop, so it was not a big deal.
