Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für die Schlüsselübergabe gibt es eine Schlüsselbox. Antonio hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist ca. 25 Gehminuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt.

Es hat alles toll geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Localização e equipamento da cozinha.

Deficiente limpeza da casa de banho: sanita suja à chegada, o que é inadmissível. Problema em obter roupa de cama para dormir no sofá cama, que depois foi ultrapassado. Falta de luz eléctrica das 21.30h às 23.30h por avaria no prédio, no piso térreo. Convinha ter velas no apartamento bem como os telefones de táxis, hospitais e outras urgências. Fez falta um mapa da cidade de Bolonha ao dispor dos hóspedes

Возможен поздний заезд. Заезд и выезд без стресса. Перед домом парковочное место на закрытой территории. Для легковой машины отлично подходит. Антонио всегда на связи. Квартира хорошо оснащена. Достаточно розеток. Есть рабочий стол, куда можно поставить ноутбук. Отлично оснащенная мини-кухня с полным набором посуды и столовых приборов. Мы не сразу нашли вилки, они лежали в маленьком ящике под плитой :) Две отдельные комнаты разделенные дверью. хороший Wi-Fi до центра города нужно немного пройти, но это не страшно. Пока идете - будете смотреть на аркады и пробовать кофе с выпечкой из местных кондитерских.

Un très bel appartement très bien décoré, conforme aux photos avec un parking.

Breakfast wasn't included but the host provided us with some water and coffee capsules for our breakfast. We were very grateful! The location is convenient, it's 20 min on foot from the city centre. The flat itself is nicely furnished in a unique style. We stayed with two daughters who slept on a sofa bed in the living room. We had all the equipment and facilities we needed for the comfortable stay. The host was also helpful!

We arrived quite late at the house by taxi and couldn't find the gates the host told us about. Undortunately, we also had a problem with the internet connection and couldn't contact the host. Turned out, the gates were located closer to the street and stayed open. Luckily, a neighbour came to our aid, looked at the photo of the gates and pointed at them. Otherwise it would be hard to find the locked keybox.

Very large and convenient apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is possible to get to the centre on a (long) walk.

Should have been cheaper.

Appartamento bello, pulito e confortevole, zona tranquilla e vicino al centro ca. 20 minuti a piedi.
