Communicatie was top, speeltuin achter het huisje vonden onze meiden ook geweldig.

Geen opbergkasten, huisje zit direct aan een drukke weg, dat hoor je wel helaas.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse davor. Geräumiges und modernes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge im Norden der Niederlande. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur das zweite, kleine Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine Leiter zu erreichen. Für Kinder ideal und lustig. Zudem hatte die Hofkatze gerade Nachwuchs und wir haben den Kleinen beim Tollen zugeschaut. Süß. Gemütliche Tage in Holland.

The accommodation is very new and the furnishing is very modern and comfortable. Tea and coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine. There is a spacious garden with toys and a trampoline to keep the kids happy. The location of the property is between Groningen and Assen so you can easily explore both city's while the accommodation itself is surrounded by nature and great forest trails for walking.

The property is easily accessible by car – 15 minutes drive to reach the city. The facilities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything, the beds were comfortable, and the overall amenities were amazing. There was a smart TV with access to HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, which is great to have for a longer stay. The host, André, showed us around the house and was very helpful and friendly. The house is well-built, everything was new and felt high-quality when we visited. On top of that, the nature around the area is simply great – it's very quiet, and the only sound you hear is the birds singing, which adds a whole level of charm to the stay.

The only issue was difficulty ventilating the upper floor. We couldn't open the window due to hay fever, which may lead to CO2 buildup. However, opening the window would easily solve this problem. I'm sure other solutions are possible, so I wouldn't note this as critical.
