No hairdryer Bottom middle of bed frame sounded broken when sitting on it. No one was at desk in the morning to report this to.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was polite.

They need to have more towels and wash clothes available for the guest, we were only given 1 wash cloth and 1 towel for 2 people. I don't know who uses 1 wash cloth for face and body but I don't. I couldn't get an extra blanket because my daughter likes it cold and I'm always freezing. I have never in my 57 years on earth have this type of experience before at a hotel. Other than that the hotel was great I would stay again but walk with my extras from home.
