The property entrance appears quite dusty, particularly noticeable in areas like the lift lobby and floors. It doesn't meet the standards of a luxury apartment. While the team was friendly, the level of cleanliness and maintenance doesn't justify the price. It seems this property isn't suitable for consideration at this time.

There was excessive dust, neglected side lamps, and non-functional switch points throughout the property. Given our brief stay of just one night, we didn't address these issues, but we had higher expectations for the overall condition.
