"Stay was good but check in was very difficult."

Location was perfect, very close to old town. Facilities in the apartment was good.

Collection of keys was very difficult. Owner don’t know English, and also not responding to phones and messages which makes it difficult to check-in. We waited for one hour to collect the keys. Communication should be improved.
