Anoka Apartments in Historical Victorian House

Good location, clean, good variety of things to use in the kitchen, good toilet paper, and plenty of space.

The A/C is not up to par. I was there at a very hot time and even after closing the bedroom, and bathroom doors, and bringing both fans into the living room the house never got cooler than 80. Made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and forced us to sleep on the couches to try to get some relief.

They have a lady bug problem. It’s the worst in the living room. Some in the bathroom. Happy they were not in the bedroom. Steps into are very good but would recommend at least 1 hand rail.

Great house/unit in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Anoka and lots of great places. House was clean and ready. Host was immediately responsive both by phone and text. I would absolutely stay here again.

Check in email from Booking included the wrong unit number, but the host quickly helped.

Very clean. Cozy.

Clean and comfortable, a bit of smell, possibly from cleaning supplies. Also very cold (about 60°) when I arrived shortly after 4. Heat off and several fans, etc. going, possibly trying to get rid of odor?

I was very upset that I was told to park behind the garage, and when I was ready to leave, the very large heavy commercial dumpster had been moved directly behind my car. It had been deliberately moved there by someone. I was not able to move it, so I had to pull into the yard and maneuver around and between it and another parked car. Photos show where the dumpster had been when I parked and where it was moved to during the night or early morning hours.

It was a wonderful unit. Plenty of room and very comfortable. it was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was also close the Lyric Arts where we had tickets for a play. In fact, that was the main reason we booked the unit because it was so close to the theater. I would book there again rather than a hotel.
