1- Furniture was old 2- No telephone system between rooms and hotel services, we only use WA to communicate 3- if group of friends my advise is to book rooms in same floor because no access for customers between floors 4- Breakfast was not up to My expectations, it was almost all Indonesian food 5- the day i arrived i found bed sheets dirty, so i request to replace them. all those comments were passed to hotel management during my stay i hope they take in consideration and improve the services for future benefits .

The good thing is the location of the hotel and the staff are very kind.

The hotel has several notes, which are as follows: 1. There are no telephones in the rooms, and communication with them is via WhatsApp for all services and emergencies as well, and it is very slow. 2. The furniture is old and needs renovation. 3. There are only two elevators to serve guests on 31 floors. 4. The breakfast buffet is included in the room, but it does not include coffee of any kind or tea. There is only a coffee pot and a tea pot. The buffet also does not include a variety of cheeses. 5. In the bathroom, there is only one type of towel, but there are no small towels for the face and feet. The good thing is the location of the hotel and the staff are very kind. I do not think that I will repeat the experience with this hotel in the future.
