Well Appointed Apartment by ARPA Hospitalities

Schönes Apartment mit großer Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit ein Feuer zu machen und zu grillen. Großzügiges Schlafzimmer. Netter Gastgeber - er hatte uns zunächst keinen Zugangscode gesendet, um dann festzustellen, dass er anderen Gästen den Code geschickt hat - und die auch schon eingecheckt waren. Man merkte ihm an, dass ihm das sehr unangenehm war und er hat mega-schnell reagiert. Da konnten wir ihm nicht böse sein :) Zentrale Lage

Die Schiebetür zur Toilette nervte - mal konnte man sie nicht schließen, mal blieb sie nur halb geschlossen. Es war teils sehr laut.

The actual location and proximity to town and points of interest is great. You can walk around easily and I know that area to be safe.

The finishes aren't great (nails sticking out of walls/joinery etc.) but these are small visual things. My biggest issue was the nightclub across the road which played music till the early hours and the base/music could be heard in the apartment very clearly and loudly.

The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. The hosts were very pleasant and all checking in information and property information was given clearly and timeously. It is excellent value for money.

L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé, le parking sécurisé pour la voiture était un vrai plus. Parfaitement situé, très proche de Dorp Street mais calme malgré tout. La terrasse est très agréable.

The apartment's decor is very appealing. However, the apartment has seen better days, especially the bathroom. Rusty fixtures and the moldy/mildy ceiling are not particularly attractive. The bed is definitely too small for two people.

The wonderful location, secure premises and reasonable price - we were able to walk everywhere, and enjoy meals at home on the front patio. The flat is beautifully appointed, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Paul responded immediately to any queries and was very helpful.

It would have been great to have had free wifi included, and a change of towels available, but neither affected the enjoyment of our stay.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft und einfacher Check In. Geräumig mit Terrasse und Parkplatz.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von mehreren Bars, die auch unter der Woche ziemlich laut sind. Das sollte einfach bekannt sein.
