Well Appointed Apartment by ARPA Hospitalities

It was in a great location with a washing machine and had a lovely patio area. Perfectly comfortable, but the noise from nearby pubs was unexpectedly loud quite late which may detract for some visitors.

Disorganised, security gate does not work, neighbour's alarm went off continuously early morning, poor coffee/tea facilities.

The apartment was walking distance to the main hub of Stellenbosch. The free parking was a big bonus as the Woordfees was on and parking everywhere a big problem. The shady patio and garden is nice to relax in or have your morning coffee. The apartment was well furnished with modern furniture.

The door to the bathroom was difficult to open and some of the skirting boards were loose.

It is opposite a night club, so nosy if you're a light sleeper

The property was clean and had everything I needed. Beautiful artwork in the apartment.
