"Bien situé et moderne mais pas confortable pour plus de deux personnes."

Tres bien situé à deux pas du centre-ville. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue (payant). Terrasse, grande chambre.

Cet établissement propose d’accueillir trois personnes mais il n’y a pas de canapé lit, c’est un canapé sur lequel on avait mis un drap… pas très confortable donc c’est seulement pour deux personnes. Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais en réalité ce sont quelques biscotte + confiture et biscuits et des dosettes de café mais pas en nombre suffisant pour deux matins et trois personnes…

"Wäre gut. Kameras in den Räumen und Schliesssystem ein NO-GO"

Gute Lage.

Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum sind Kameras installiert. Der Verwendungszweck unklar und keine Kontrollmöglichkeit. Ein absolute NO-GO!!! Check-in kompliziert. Total werden 4 verschiedene Schlüssel benötigt, die man ständig dabei haben muss. Ohne Schlüssel ist man im Treppenhaus und im Hof eingesperrt. Die Türen lassen sich auch von innen nur mit den Schlüssel öffnen. Das ist nicht nur mühsam, sondern sicherheitstechnisch bedenklich! PS: Die von anderen beschriebene Wecker-Geschichte stimmt. Nachbars Wecker läutet frühmorgens eine Stunde lang.

The apartment was outstanding.

The person in the apartment next door had their TV going until at least 1.00am in the morning and it was quite loud through the bedroom wall while we were trying to sleep.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Any issues (unfortunately including lack of hot water one morning) were handled quickly via WhatsApp. Information about the keys for entrance is neatly provided via a short video. It was useful to have the washing machine (but unfortunately no detergent - buy easily transportable detergent sheets) and they provided a drying rack upon our request. The location is ideal. It is five to ten minutes from the train station. There is an excellent wine bar and shop (Assetati) around the corner as well as a nearby bakery (Piano). A short walk to a small square yields two nice piadina shops (we went to Gina La Piadina) and a terrific gelato shop (GROM).

Drying rack should have already been in apartment.
