Cosy, friendly and conformable. I could make meals in an open plan kitchen. Near fantastic beaches and Kaiafas lake.

Γιάννης was an exceptional host. Incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is a superb place to meet other travellers and make some friends on your trip. Highly recommend.

Location could be better regarding buses, but Γιάννης was always very helpful showing us around and dropping us off with his car.

Α wonderful spot to spent a couple of weeks and enjoy a relaxing life and the friendly hospitality of the landlord.

i do not like hot spot places but I fell in love with this particular spot which on the contrary is cool spacious luxorious and comfortable.

Yiannis was genuinely the kindest person me and my friend (2 girls) were travelling alone and he made us feel so safe had very pleasant conversations with him

Absolutely nothing I loved everything, everything was upcycled and made by him and those who stayed it was super cool, the room and bathroom were really nice and he had the sweetest dogs

I was greeted with great hospitality. It was a place where I felt very comfortable. The dogs, the garden, and the friendly interactions make this place truly special!

Really nice owner who tried to help us when dealing with some medical issues. The house and atmosphere there are super relaxed, very like home feeling. The kitchen was well equipped. And the view on one side to hills and on the other side to sea - amazing!

We have high standards for clearness, so we'd appreciate a little better bathroom conditions.

Ioannis is great host! Takes care of his house and his guests! Also can meet other travelers and hang out!
