"Comfortable, great location"

Great central location between Hillcrest and North Park. Off-street parking was a real bonus, since parking in that area can be difficult. And Ann was great. She met us to hand over the keys, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen is modern and updated. Note that there is only 1 bathroom, with a jack-and-jill door between the two bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for us, but if someone is traveling with a group and wants a private bathroom, you may want to keep that in mind.

Excellent location, relatively quiet. AC, Parking on site and additional not an issue. Clean unit with up to date appliances including clothes washer/dryer in great working order. Plenty, of towels, and kitchen cooking utensils, and serving items.

I’m not a fan of deep dense memory foam mattress; trap too much heat and I feel stifled; but comfortable enough. Bed club chair way too low for my liking. Also, slight leak, in commode which was occasionally annoying. Sofa could be more comfortable. Over all, a great place to stay. Richard C

"Long weekend family trip with a couple kids!"

Excellent location for easy access to seeing the sights of San Diego. Quiet neighborhood and liked the off street parking. Phenomenal kitchen, made me sad to go home to my own! I would go back here in a heartbeat and I’ll recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy vacation home!

On the back patio there is a small raised area without a railing so coming back at night I did accidentally fall off when trying to open the back door…. Oops completely my fault and I should of left the back light on
