Nice and safe location in Srinagar. Good room size, cooperative staff, good housekeeping, and prompt room service.

There could be more addition to the breakfast menu.

Location is ok, food is very nice.

Room especially wooden wall panelling was covered with thick layer of dust. When staff was shown they were acting clueless. Toiletries were not provided upon arrival in room. They are provided "only after request". Do travellers who book branded hotels should bring their own toothbrushes and combs etc. Who genius invented this ridicilous concept of toilteries on call/request/demand.

Ideal location of this property, it’s equidistant from the Airport and the city. Mr Qayum who was at the front desk was very forthcoming and we had a pleasant stay
