"Comfortable, relaxing, and felt like I was at a beautiful resort."

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. I especially loved the music playing throughout the pool area and atrium. It gave a very festive vibe like I was at a resort.

No negatives , it was great.

"Decent stay"

Nice hot tub. Clean. Comfortable beds. A lot of light though, bring an eye cover to sleep. Decent breakfast buffet.

At the very beginning that I walked in I felt a little ignored. The attendant literally asked me the same question several times and proceeded to keep answering the phone, which I’m sure most places do. She was the only one at the front so I felt that that might be why and then we she hung up the phone she was more focused.

"NICE STAY WITH SMALL CHILDREN"

WHAT I LIKE THE MOST, WAS THE POOL, WATER WAS HOT, PERFECT FOR TODDLERS, ALMOST AS HOT AS THE JACUZY.

BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME EVERY DAY, FOR 4 DAYS, NOT SO MAY OPTIONS.

"It was an amazing experience."

The customer service and breakfast was excellent. I loved that they had a waffle maker.

The fact that it was right next to another hotel. It made it a little confusing when arriving and figuring out where it was. The parking area leading up to the hotel needs maintenance but that’s more of the other establishment upkeep.
