The apartment is located close to the metro station line 4, and there is a bus stop in front of the building entrance. There are some supermarkets closeby. I was hesitant after reading on reddit that this district is little bit shady, but we did not have any unpleasant experiences, so don't worry. The apartment was clean, the bed quite comfy. There is no AC, so it must be very hot in the summer. The kitchen area was not well equipped, and not very encouraging to cook there, but basic stuff like plates and mugs were available. Keep in mind that in the bathroom there is a bath tub with a curtain instead of a shower, and it can be a little bit messy with water splashing around. We were checked in by the host, we had to have the ID cards of all guests taken photo of, but that is the Hungarian law. We also had to meet up with the host to leave the keys.
