Tidelands Caribbean Boardwalk Hotel and Suites

Convenient location on boardwalk.

Pool could have been cleaner. Cloudy and lots of debris floating on top.

Location was great for us.

Balcony is a must.

No parking and small dirty pools

The food was great! The second lobby smelled amazing. Staff was great and accommodated my early check in.

The entire 5 floor (where I stayed) was extremely rowdy and loud! People knocking on our door and screaming. The AC was not the best and I asked for a broom to sweep the dirty floor but “she didn’t have one”

Staff were friendly. We had a problem with the sliding door to the patio. When we got there on sun. The assistant manager had someone there the next day and fixed it and we had no other issues.

Ice machine on our floor did not make ice. There was alot of noise in the hall. People next door slammed the door n cleaning crew as our room was right next to the supply room. And the tub was to deep. I have a bad back so it was hard to get in and out of

Don't stay here if you like hot showers, comfortable beds, clean floors, tubs without mold, toilets that aren't broken, televisions that work and not begging for towels. From check in to check out this hotel was a disaster. We finally find a spot to park to check in and they check us in to a suite tell us where to go and where we are allowed to park. We drive around for half an hour looking for a parking spot in their lots. They call us and tell us that they checked us into the wrong room. We go back to the front desk and get the keys to the suite we were supposed to have and we are finally told that there is another parking lot 3 blocks away. We finally get in to our room and turn the TV on which doesn't work, pull out the couch bed and no sheets. I walk back to front desk and they say that my hdmi cord must be unhooked to check it (it wasnt) and that the sheets are in the table side drawer (they're not) they finally give me sheets after arguing with me and I go back to my room. The toilet is broken and when you sit on it, it wobbles. The bathtub has mold in all the jets of the tub. The water is never hot only luke warm. There is no housekeeping and you have to go to the front desk when you want towels. They hand you three when we're a family of EIGHT. Then get looked at like Im stealing towels. Stairways are dirty and smell horrible. The bottom of the pools have so much sand in them. Vending machines do not work. The only plus is it's on the boardwalk. I'd rather drive to the boardwalk then deal with that hotel!!

The location was great. Located right on the boardwalk.

When we first got there, we had an issue in the bathroom that took four hours and multiple phones calls but once we went to the front desk it finally got fixed.
