Clean facilities but not to good.

Host very rude...Only get key around 6pm after wait from 2pm...The key missing from mailbox and i call host for help...But after 3pm him arrive no apalogies from him and host find the key is missing...The host blame me about the missing key and want to check cctv...After a while he got the key maybe the cleaner put key late...Cleaning fee too expensive charge for two days but no cleaning service when we stay there....My deposit also burn because i bring my child but when i see other room many people bring their family no problem at all...This property have many cctv but owner put cctv at front door...Actually this bother my privacy...When i see no other room have cctv at front door like my room...
