The location was actually good, nice neighborhood and beautiful yard. The problem was the house and resident rodents.

We arrived to find a dirty but tidy house. I kept wiping surfaces off and finally realized I was cleaning up after a mouse. Actually three, that were not at all afraid of us. They just take over when you leave the room. The bathrooms and bedrooms were tidy but the molding and ceiling fans had so much dust it was sticky. Cob webs or dust bunnies(?) hanging from the ceiling and stretching out to furniture. The bedding looked ok but felt like it hadn’t rinsed completely and I know that can happen but it was all the beds. The kitchen was very well equipped, amazing really, but every drawer had mouse evidence. I tried twice a day to reach the management people, no response. It seems you have to use a desktop for your messages to actually load, not useful at all if you are traveling with just a phone. I’m not sure this rental service based outside the US is in my future.

The property was clean and ready for us earlier than check in! Everything was stocked and ready to use!

One of the burners on the stove did not work.
