Polyhrono Family Beach Retreat by Laonikos - Sleeps 5

Absolutely perfect apartments! It's quiet, surrounded by flowers and trees, very beautiful. The apartment is designed down to the smallest detail - it feels like coming home, with absolutely everything you might need. The hostess is very kind and friendly, always available. The kitchen is functional: a large fridge, a stove with an oven, even a sandwich maker and a dishwasher. We even found a small treat from the hosts in the fridge - such a nice touch! Overall, it's cozy, clean, and convenient. We were delighted with the apartment.

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, egyáltalán nem zsúfolt strand 3 perc séta!!! A központ is kb. 20 perc séta. Mindkét teraszról látható a tenger. Egyik tetasz délelőtt, másik terasz délután árnyékos/napos. Fedett saját parkoló közvetlen az apartman alatt. Tulajdonos nagyon barátságos, segítőkész... Az apartmann tiszta, kultúrált, jól felszerelt.

Kevés a pakolási lehetőség, a szobákban nincs klíma, de ventilátorokkal az előtérből megoldható a hűtés.

Apartment is super cozy and very nicely and tastefully equipped. It is full of warm details that make you feel at home. The owner left everything for us, from toothpaste and cleaning products to coffee and we could easily not bring almost anything and still enjoy our vacation completely. We stayed with a baby, and it turned out to be super baby friendly, with not one, but two huge terraces and a lot of space throughout the apartment for her to crawl and not get hurt.

Honestly, we liked everything. We hope that we will manage to get the dates right for next summer.

It is an extremely nice apartment with two large sea view balconies. The NE one is perfect for the afternoons, the NW one is good during the mornings. The pace is just 1 min away from a nice small free public beach and just within 5 min walk there are two also nice beach bars. We had a feeling that we are at home from the very first moment. Everything was where it should be and moreover, everything was available: complete cooking equipment at any detail, iron with an ironing board, fridge with already made ice cubes inside, washing machine with all supplies needed, including colour capture tissues, any detail was perfect, even oregano and backing paper. And the welcome compliment was very nice: a bowl full with excellent cool cherries, and some cooled boatels of water. Thank you!

We liked everything. Really, no complains at all! I will write here just some clarifications for the future guests. The apartment is located at 20 min walk to Polychrono. This walk is very nice early in the morning or around and after midnight (the street light is enough, not aggressive dogs, nice and safe walking area). However, between 9 AM and 10 PM is too stuffy, since there is no breeze at the street. So, take a car, it's just 3-4 min. drive to the public parking in the begging of Polychrono. The access to the place is easy, and the property parking is perfect. It was just not clear were to find the key box - it was not next to the front door - as it is usual but downstairs (it's probably because there is a bar door for the not active season, but since it was open we lost something like 15 min. and thanks to a neighbor we got the keys). The check out time is set 10-11 (in most places it is 12, but OK, we knew that in advance). It was alight that a cleaning lady arrived earlier to check is everything at its place but to really start cleaning, while we are still there, ruined the "home" experience, the feeling was a bit frustrating, although she was nice. Actually, we were surprised to find out that there is a cleaning lady. Our stay was 16 nights and no one ever came to change the sheets, to mop the floor or whatever. As I said no complains about - since everything was available, we maintained it by ourself, just like home. However, we had a feeling that someone is visiting the place, when we are at the beach in the afternoon, like a ghost - some balcony light was on, or the front door lamp. May be those visits are better to be communicated with the guests more clearly (if done for security reasons).
