Cassabella Apartment, Opposite Metropark Hotel

I love everything about the apartment , same as posted .its very easy to access ,security top notch and above all Florence the host is so wonderful always spot on time for any enquiry. I will recommend cassabella Apartment for anyone visiting kisumu .I really enjoyed my stay.

Ambience was quiet and clean

The apartment was clean and had all facilities, including bed mosquito net and a fan in the bedroom. Communication with Florence has been exceptional since the arrival. She also helped us finding a driver for the game drive of the park we were heading.

The position is a bit peripheral, so you have to take some taxi, moto or tuk tuk to reach everything. Also, the position indicated in Booking is not precise, since the apartment it's some 500m further than indicated.

Very safe, 24 hr. guard service, gate that is only opened for guests, staff always available, you are provided with a padlock for your door so you can sleep soundly. Spotlessly clean, with no smells, stains or bugs whatsoever. Affordable, easy to access, all Uber and Bolt drivers know how to get there, neighborhood is safe and friendly for walking and there are small shops right outside the door for basic shopping needs. Tastefully appointed with nice local colors and furniture. Very comfortable bedding, fan and shower. Practical, with a nice cold refrigerator/freezer and all cooking equipment and utensils. Entertainment is top notch with a big screen TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Staff is friendly, attentive, flexible and discreet. Quiet, no hall noises or noises from adjoining rooms. Highly recommended!
