"It was a good stay"

The apartment is good with beautiful view

When booking, we specified that we are coming with a 2 year old child but nothing was done to accommodate us on that. we were given a room with double bed which made it uncomfortable to share the same bed(2 adults and 1 child). By getting the information that it will be 2 adults and 1 child I thoughts provisions will be made for the same.

"If you're looking for an 'in the town stay', clean, safe good value for money!"

The location, the place was easy to find. The apartment was clean, and things like salt/pepper was provided for breakfast-was really a nice touch. Much appreciated! I made a blunder and lost the keys. I was really stressed. However management came through and helped me out. I'm very grateful for that.

"Very comfortable, with a bucket load of street noise"

Location, cleanliness, facilities, security are great

Sadly street noise is really bad, in particular from 24:00 - 04:30 am every night/morning (loud music, singing, honking horns, street fights & sirens) - would be great if soundpooofing the unit was possible

"Great place in Cape Town!"

Great location! Still was reasonably priced when I booked quite close to the days I needed. Unit manager/staff/owner(?) was very responsive to questions. Had one late night when the inverter had a problem, but provided clear instructions within a reasonable time frame. Also asked for permission if they can drop by the unit to check while I was on a day trip the next day. Great that TV and Wi-Fi still worked during scheduled blackouts. Quite honestly, I did not mind the blackouts even if they happened in the middle of the night as the unit has good ventilation. Unit has a washer, which allowed me to do some laundry given that I am on my third week in Africa. Definitely a bonus! Building security staff was pleasant and polite. Also accomodated my request to keep my luggage after check-out when I wanted to go around for a few more hours before heading to the airport. Awesome
