Beautiful Ocean Blue Love oceanfront apartment

The location was great- close to restaurants and a beach. The view from the apt was lovely and the space was of a good size. Generally clean (see below for problem areas) and well appointed. The boat was very responsive.

The place is kind of old. The keys could have been labeled better, as well as having more information. Ex; key needed to operate elevator, wifi password, clean up instructions and check out time before the morning of. Also if note- fan in bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust, could not regulate shower water, ac made loud gurgling noise for about 20 seconds every 20 minutes so I did not get much sleep. It would have been nice if the 2 fans could have been operated separately and if there were reading lights at the bed.

The ocean view was beautiful and the location was close to amenities

Hot water was not working. We only had one night, so host did not have enough time to fix. We reported the issue and requested a discount as partial refund. Host never responded. The rent was on the high side for Puerto Rico

Love the location, view, and the surrounding restaurants, park, etc. Additionally, the owner responded promptly and was very helpful. Too bad El Conquistador has blocked access to the Marina & El Coqui Water Park, etc.

Facilities: There were some issues, such as the elevator not working all the time; the A/C unit made a loud noise every few minutes; the WI-FI kept disconnecting; & toilet seat way too low. Other than that, great.
