Everything. We didn't miss a thing. Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bedrooms, balcony, iron, literally everything you need. The bus stop is 5 mins by walk and 20 mins from the city centre. Supermarket 10 min by walk. We met the owner as well - very nice and helpful lady.
The dishwasher was not working, and I had to chase the maintenance company for 3 days to deal with it. Also, I was asked to leave no rubbish or dirty dishes, and meanwhile, I was charged with 70€ for cleaning fee in my invoice. For the first time in my lifetime, I was charged with cleaning fees!!! And I travel a lot! I never leave dirty anything, but charging me for something I am paying extra money for is at least to say ridiculous!!!

Comodo il Self Check in con codice inviato tramite WhatsApp per ritirare la chiave accanto alla porta d'ingresso. Appartamento pulito, siamo entrati nell'appartamento (metà agosto) ed era già acceso il condizionatore, quindi abbiamo trovato una temperatura gradevole. Host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o informazione. Soggiorno piacevole, vari parcheggi sotto il condominio, durante la sera non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore fastidioso...una piacevole scoperta.
Mi era stato comunicato che avremmo trovato shampoo e bagnoschiuma, non è stato così ma fortunatamente un mio amico li aveva. Un calice che abbiamo preso dalla vetrina aveva una crepa, quindi non lo abbiamo utilizzato.

A very nice apartment, has everything needed inside, very clean, a bit far from the centre but accessible by bus! We enjoyed our stay in Pisa a lot, thanks to the host 😊
