The house was exactly as shown in the photos, and the view of the sea from the veranda was absolutely beautiful. There is also space to park your car inside the property, which was very convenient. The kitchen was equipped with some useful essentials, and we appreciated having a filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, all of which worked well. Mosquito repellent was also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The window screens in the bedrooms are pull-down style, and one of them had a small tear along the edge. Since neighborhood cats occasionally wander into the garden, we were concerned that if a cat leaned against the damaged section, it might find a way inside. For that reason, we preferred to keep the windows closed at night. Guests should also be aware that cats from the surrounding area may occasionally visit the garden. As we visited before the peak season, they seemed quite hungry. If you're a cat lover, a little Greek yogurt or some dry cat food from the local shop would certainly be appreciated! We had no internet connection on our first day, but George responded quickly and had the issue resolved by the following day. After that, the connection worked perfectly, and we were even able to stream Netflix without any problems. George was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We visited during the last week of May, and some of the nearby cafés and restaurants had not yet opened for the season. However, Marathias is only a 6–10 minute drive away, where you'll find several dining options. We particularly enjoyed Taverna Melistas, and the small grocery store next door was convenient for picking up basic supplies. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the property to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.

A pasta strainer would be a useful addition to the kitchen for guests who prefer to cook. There were plenty of spare duvets and blankets available, which was very helpful. We would have preferred spare duvet covers to be provided as well, simply for added comfort and peace of mind from a hygiene perspective. The fly screens could also benefit from being a little sturdier and more securely fitted. Aside from these minor details, there were no major issues, and the property offered excellent value for a relaxing and peaceful seaside stay.

Superbe appartement au pied de la mer. Du portail à 6 pas de la plage (ce sont des galets) et à 6 pas de l eau. Petit jardin devant avec possibilité de garer la voiture. En avril super calme. La plage pour nous tout seul. Une bonne pause si vous venez de Olympie pour aller sur Delphes. Nous avons regretté de ne pas être resté plus longtemps sur place tellement c etait agréable. 2 chambres au calme avec climatisation. Pièce de vie agréable avec cuisine équipés. 2 grands frigo dans la pièce. Des chats mais qui ne rentrent pas du tout dans la maison. Vivement a recommander …..

Tout etait parfait

The house is only a few meters to the sea! It's a lovely country house with a terraced garden. There are six cute cats in the garden also. In the morning there is a great sea view where you can see remote mountain top covered in snow. The host family lives nearby and is very nice and helpful. We were locked out due to wind and the host helped us timely.

Die Lage ist Top. 6 Schritte zum Kies-Strand und dann noch weitere 6 Schritte zum Wasser. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet einer Familie ausreichend Platz. Der Garten ist ideal für Urlauber mit Hund. Hier können zur Not auch 5 Personen Urlaub machen.

Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto da man auch für die Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarf in die umliegenden Dörfer oder nach Nafkaktos fahren muss. Nafpaktos ist übrigens sehr schön.

Location is unbeatable. House is super comfortable. Off street parking. Easy beach house holiday stay.

No market at the village. Some days (mainly weekends) unpleasantly high volume from a beach bar located next door.

We were in June and we are delighted! Who wants a real vacation, peace, a wonderful sea and a house on the beach, this is the right choice. The house is spacious, comfortable, very clean and contains everything that is necessary and even more. The house is literally on the beach and the sea is very clean. All the beaches in the area have a blue flag. The yard of the house is also nice and big and fenced, which was very important to us because we were with our dog, so he could walk free and enjoy. The host, George, is very kind, always in a good mood and ready to help with anything you need. All recommendations.
