Very nice location, nice comfortable beds. Location good near all beaches and Kardamyli cafes and restaurants. Nice, really helpful, staff.

Thes room Patriko was comfortable but it missed some basic accommodations. Windows were missing screens so that wildlife and insects cannot be able to enter the premises, like mosquitos & other visitors Also windows were missing shutters and as a result you have to wake up with the 1st sunlight and not able to snooze a little bit more. Another anoying thing is that there were noises among the woods separating the living room with the bedroom.

A fabulous location with a terrace looking out over the sea with olive trees and a lemon tree outside. All very clean and comfortable with decent facilities.

I found it just a bit austere. Apart from a couple of WhatsApps, I had no further contact with the owner. Some basic info about the area would have been nice but also about the house—for example I fought the hot water and hated having to drain away so much cold before it got hot. Was there a trick to doing this more economically? Tiny point—I really would have loved a bread knife!!

The position is great. The building and rooms are good quality. The air con is good.

The crockery was poor quality and in short supply - two small cups and one medium sized mug only. The manager didn’t explain anything about the property or the local area. There was no information in the property. For example, how to get to Kalamitsi beach. There were some old notices on the back of the door, including one in Swedish. It did not feel as if anyone was interested in making our stay great The sofa wasn’t very comfortable.

Everything is very tidy.Such a peaceful place,beach near the house is very intimate and feels like heaven.Only good emotions left.

Nice pebble beach a 10 minute stroll … loved the verandah but after loads of travel would be nice to have a couch out there. Some couches available. Can walk to town but be careful with traffic on road

Felt very homely,well set up small bungalow.Nice bathroom,lovely patio area for relaxing.Quiet location,walkable to beach through olive Grove.

Bed very hard,had to ask for more toilet paper and changed the bins myself,there was 4 adults so they filled up fast, not very hygienic, every day would've been better to change.We had 3 nights there.Water totally undrinkable. Towels small and threadbare.

A comfortable and quiet apartment complex. The rooms are spacious and clean and the owner of the house is available and helpful in everything that was needed. Perfect location above the most beautiful beaches in the area.

The apartment is very dark. Lack of lighting. The air conditioner is a bit weak and the drainage in the bathtub is very slow

beds are not so comfortable and short. I'm 1.80 and it was short for me.
