Perfect location for those looking for a bit of quiet, while still being a short scooter ride to town. The place was comfortable and it was so nice to have cleaning service. The team was very responsive and kind.

Gorgeous villa, it’s clean, spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and has everything needed. Scooter rental available. Staff is super friendly, check in uncomplicated and flexible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Absolutely nothing

We loved the Villa so much we were very pleased we could extend our stay for a further seven nights. The Villa includes a wonderful manager, Riana, who looked after all our needs from facilities in the Villa to taxis and tours around the island. Checking in with us regularly to ensure everything was OK and that we were enjoying ourselves. The Villa had everything we needed for cooking meals and there are restaurants in walking distance, or for more fabulous views book a taxi or other transport. Laundry is just at the end of the road and was returned beautifully washed and packed. Location is excellent with an very easy ride to and from the island as traffic isn't an issue. Western style supermarket is in Kuta town just approx. one mile away. The Manager arranged for our taxi to stop off for groceries en route on the day of arrival to the Villa and we walked on other days. Cleaning facilities are excellent. The ladies will attend Dailey, or at your request. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable private villa with its own small pool. The Manager made contact in advance of our arrival making us feel extremely welcome, kept in contact throughout offering taxi service, tours, cleaning services, water and ensuring we had everything for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We loved the property so much we were able to book a further seven days. Approx. one mile walk to the main town and main supermarket, a little bit further for the beach. We booked a taxi to Selong Belanak Beach several times which was our favourite beach.. Plenty of nearby restaurants, and a laundry.in the vicinity. Definately a good choice.

The furniture is “typical ikea” nothing special at all, the sofa is run down a bit and the outdoor area could use some love - I was also hoping for some greenery around the house.

Very nice and cosy villa, brand new. The manager Riana is taking care of everything you need. 3 minutes from Kuta City Centre with a bike, that you cant rent at the villa, which is convenient (otherwise 30 minutes walk) Nice included breakfast delivered every morning

Sometimes a bit noisy around, but nothing serious !
