Amoris Guesthouse In Waterkloof Ridge

The place is beautiful. The look and feel is good.

The furniture could use some love and care. The parking is a bit small. The gate is too small for such a steep climb.

The location is good but the place is not clean no aircorn working the coffee table only got three legs one broken , no soap and guest very noisy seems like not a hotel the African guys make loud noise over th phone at night and early in the morning

The rooms are not much clean and advertising was wrong no aircorn and they don’t answer the call in time

The is no DSTV only Open Serve and the is no fridge to put our staff

It is very relaxed and quiet place there's piece of mind

There we're no towels in the room

Firstly I made an online booking with confirmation and my arrival time however it was cancelled from Waterkloof venue without letting me know. By the time I called i was told all rooms were fully booked without getting in touch with me. Was referred to your Brooklyn one which was poor for my liking. TV extremely small. No aircon, TV poorly positioned from the bed view, Furniture so antique that it looks too tired, room door not locking properly. Worst of all staff was extremely loud and noisy in the morning that were woken up by their voices and knocking of furniture as they clean the rooms. You can be rest assured that I cannot return from the experience I had after a 600km drive in the rainy weather. To add cherry on top...found tea..coffee and sugar but no kettle
