Amoris Guesthouse In Waterkloof Ridge

Floor was dirty. Washbasin is loose. Broken cup. There is laps but no plugs adepter to plug it in.

Staff was rude, they couldn't attend to us properly. The place was dirty and smelling We couldn't get the rooms we requested and paid for.

They told me that they are fully booked and it’s not my problem I booked through booking.com .

The staff a lady that works at reception worst attitude ever she disregards guests with no care she’s rude and arrogant her service was appalling does not know how to treat guests

The place was overall good. the view and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for for our stay.

The bed was too small. Please have an option for a longer length bed. The aircon didn't work properly and the fan kept dying. Having to go to the communal kitchen for the microwave was very inconvenient.
