"Overall a pleasant stay"

8.0

The location is a major part. Just right beside LRT Gilmore station, few blocks away to bus stops going to Quiapo-San-Juan-EDSA-Ortigas-Taytay and vice versa. One train/Jeepney ride to Cubao, Santolan. It’s like the center of the metropolitan. The main reason why I booked this property is because it is near the testing center for NLE. The proximity to those areas and the accessibility to public transportation is really a plus. Depending on the purpose of your stay though. As for me, this was exactly what I was looking for since board exam demands focus. So, I like that there’s only TV plus channels on with just a normal TV (not the Smart one). I also like how clean and minimalist the unit was. In other words, less distractions 🙂 and oh I love that they provide towel and toiletries for their guests. The host is approachable and very responsive too. In case you’re wondering, it exactly looks like the photos. Most importantly, it’s a safe and decent place to stay. I would consider booking again.

It’s nice that the host provides basic kitchen needs but it would even be nicer if there was a rice cooker and maybe a new electric kettle 🙂 Likewise, a building access card for the guests too. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and it has become annoying later on that we had to call the guard or the staff to open the entrance/exit door for us. Then we had to deal with the need of having to confirm if we are residents or guests. While we understand that it’s for safety measures, it became quite annoying if that happens every single time and sometimes follow us through the elevator if we have registered already. 2 to 3 times is fine but for the nth time that’s quite irritating already.
