good clean and green area all around and inside the property. Quite peaceful because of isolation of the property from the city area.

Change the mattresses please, they are so uncomfortable. Need electric kettle, tv, and ac in the room at least. Also there are frequent power outages in that area so install inverters or silent gensets. It's situated little further from where the GPS indicates so owner needs to check this on GMaps.
