Stunning City Center Studio Apartment

Right on top of a 7/11 and cafes which was super convenient. Location was close enough to restaurants etc, but overall not much to do in Cebu so it’s good for an overnight stay or a stop over.

The floor I stayed on was very noisy. There were people screaming Karaoke at 11pm who had their door open for the whole floor to hear, and people also yelling down the hallway at early/late hours.

The place is cute but hardly stunning. It is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have access to a swimming pool, even though the water was quite cold.

The host did not communicate well, and she needs to pay more attention to details. She only left a fraction of a roll of toilet paper for a five-night stay. The TV didn't work because the batteries for the remote control were out, and we bought new ones only to discover there are only five TV channels. There was a horrible noise when you turned on the bathroom faucet. And even though it was on the 21st floor, it was very noisy, and we could hear the traffic and loud music from a night club below.

The place is very convenient and there's a lot of nearby restaurant and stores and I love it because its clean and with kitchen, with wifi also and comes with Netflix. It has also a swimming pool in the 9th floor, then in the room, it has a flat iron and hair dryer, refrigerator.

There's a water interruption in the morning and most of the time we couldn't use the shower because of low pressure.
